The 360 (sub-lock bearing) is a spring seat with a built-in bearing that can significantly reduce the load on springs and shocks, making your ride more smooth. By installing the 360 Lower Bearing above and below the spring, this allows for no resistance or load. In turn, this allows for your spring to be turned by hand even when the weight of the vehicle is applied. This eliminates the pressure on your struts while improving handling.
