In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 days of receiving item(s) for miss shipping, damaged and defective products. Since 326Power NZ offers semi custom made products we do not accept returns or exchange when wrong parts are ordered by the customer. If you receive the wrong
parts by our mistake or defective parts, please do not install, wear or damage products and Packaging.
Depending on the item we will provide a full refund or exchange and we will pay for the return shipping fee to Japan or USA office. If you install, wear or damage products and Packaging, you will not be eligible for a refund. If examining the product(s) and we find the products is less than re-sellable condition due to damages, no refund will be given for the full price of the product(s) and shipping fee. If the product(s) is in re-sellable order, a refund will be issued to you after examining the product and confirming it is a re-sellable. condition by 326Power Staff.
